The House

With 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room with kitchen area and a garage, the house can accomodate up to 4 people plus a baby. Completed in 2008, it is new and has everything that you need to make your stay both enjoyable and comfortable.

The main bedroom

Large enough to accommodate two adults and a baby (a baby cot is available) - leaving still enough space for a cupboard, in which everthing can be put away. Looking out onto the back garden and the forest, it is quiet and relaxing.

The second bedroom

Ideal for two children, it has a bunk bed, chest of drawers and a little tent in which the kids love to play. Having spent a month there last summer, there are a few toys left behind.

The bathroom

Light and airy with a shower, sink and little unit to store your toiletries. For those with little ones, a baby bath and bath mat are available.

The living room and dining area

The kitchen has been fully equipped with

  - fridge-freezer,

  - electric cooker

  - microwave

  - toaster

  - kettle

  - coffee-maker

The living room comes fursnished with a sofa and TV (connected to the French freeview). There is currently no internet connection but it is possible to stay connected if you have 3G on your phone or by using the internet access available in Longeville. We have left a few books behind and the collection is certain to grow in time

The garage

Attached to the side of the house is the garage. The residence also has around 6 parking spaces available. Even at the height of summer when the residence is full, we have always found a space.

For your convenience, the washing machine has been put into the garage.

You will also find all that is needed to enjoy al fresco dinning : tables, chairs, parasol and BBQ.

The garden

Small but adequate are the adjectives that would describe the back garden. Looking out onto the forest of Longeville, it has been fully paved so that you can make the most of the long summer nights. Direct access to the forest from the property is impossible but a public passage has been set up just 50m away.
